At LYSANDRA TUBEROSE SDN. BHD., we are committed to providing quality fragrance and body care products designed for everyday use. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear return and cancellation process to ensure a smooth and fair experience for our customers.

Return & Refund Policy (Within 30 Days)

We accept return and refund requests within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Products must be in resellable condition, free from damage, leakage, or tampering

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided

  • Return requests must be submitted via email to lysandra_tuberose@outlook.com within the 30-day period

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy (Within 12 Hours)

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please email lysandra_tuberose@outlook.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Reason for cancellation

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. In such cases, you may submit a return request after receiving the item, subject to our return conditions.

Exceptions

Please take note of the following:

  • Return shipping costs are not covered by LYSANDRA TUBEROSE SDN. BHD.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been opened or used

  • Fragrance or body care products with broken seals or removed protective packaging

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

  • Items not returned in original packaging or condition

  • Products showing signs of usage, testing, or alteration
