“Goods” refers to fragrance and body care products offered for sale on the Service, including perfume, body spray, cologne, body mist, body scrub, lotion, and related personal care items.

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within Malaysia only. Orders placed from outside Malaysia will not be processed.
We deliver to all regions, including:
Peninsular Malaysia
Sabah
Sarawak
Our goal is to provide reliable and consistent delivery services throughout Malaysia.
Shipping Fees
We offer FREE shipping for all orders with a minimum purchase of RM50 within Malaysia.
For Orders below RM50, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on:

Processing & Delivery Time
All Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days from the date of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your Order has been shipped, you may receive a notification with tracking information (where applicable) to monitor delivery status.

Delivery Issues & Reattempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to recipient unavailability or restricted access, courier partners may:

Contact You to arrange an alternative delivery time or method
Unclaimed or repeatedly failed deliveries may be returned to the Company. Additional charges may apply for re-shipment, subject to courier policies.
